Poached Cherry & Honey Smash Gin - Serves 1

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes



  1. On a Table Kadai in a small Skillet add the pitted cherries with a splash of water
  2. Cook the cherries on the Table Kadai for 5 minutes stirring with a spoon
  3. Add the honey and smash together in the Skillet, cooking for 1 minute
  4. Once the cherries are ready add 2 tbsp of the mixture to the cocktail shaker 
  5. Pour in the gin and fill the shaker with ice 
  6. Shake well for 30 seconds
  7. Add some ice cubes to a tall glass and pour the gin mix over the top 
  8. Top the glass up with your desired amount of tonic water 
  9. Garnish the glass with cherries and peppercorns, then enjoy!
