Classic Tom Collins with Grilled Lemon - Serves 1

  1. Place 2 lemons on to the Table Kadai grill and cook until the peel has begun to brown
  2. Cut open and squeeze the juice of one lemon into a measuring cup
  3. Pour the gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker
  4. Add 4 cubes of ice and shake well
  5. Then shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  6. Strain the drink into a glass with ice and top with soda water
  7. Carefully slice the grilled lemon and serve on top of the cocktail
