Summer Berry Pancakes - Serves 4

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes


  • 2 free range eggs
  • 100g plain flour
  • 275ml milk
  • 50g butter
  • Sugar / lemon
  • Frozen berries 
  • Dollop of creme fraiche 

    1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well, mix in eggs, and beat in milk
    2. Whisk until it resembles double cream
    3. Put a knob of butter on Chapati Pan and heat over Kadai till very hot
    4. Place a generous dollop of batter, tilt and cook pancakes till brown on both sides
    5. Remove from the Chapati Pan onto a Chopping Board 
    6. Fill with some berries, roll the pancake up and serve with a dollop of creme fraiche
