- Put the flour in a bowl, make a well, mix in eggs, and beat in milk.
- Whisk until it resembles double cream.
- Put a knob of butter on Chapati Pan and heat over Kadai till very hot.
- Place a generous dollop of batter, tilt and cook pancakes till brown on both sides.
- Serve immediately with lemon or sugar.
