This month, our Best of British series takes us to Henstone Distillery, an award-winning producer of spirits rooted in Shropshire soil and craftsmanship.
Among their impressive line-up of gins, whiskies, and vodkas, one bottle in particular has caught our attention: Lad's Rum – Evolution Cherry Wood, created in collaboration with live fire maestro and Kadai friend, Shropshire Lad (Adam Purnell).
Distilled in small batches and finished over cherry wood, this smooth, flavour-packed rum is made for those who cook with fire and live for bold, honest flavours.
