Original Kadais are up to 100 years old. They all have their own unique character from years of use as cooking bowls at weddings and festivals across India. They are hand-picked in Rajasthan by Christo (Owner) and are available in sizes from 60cm – 170cm diameter.
Recycled Kadais are a copy of the Original Kadai, made from recycled steel oil drums by the same caste of skilled craftsmen in Rajasthan as the originals. Available in 60cm, 70cm and 80cm diameter.
Wilstone Kadais are hand-beaten from one piece of thick mild steel to form this beautiful bowl with robust, hand-forged handles to give a slightly more sophisticated look. Available in 60cm, 70cm and 80cm diameter.
Travel Kadais came about from Christo’s love of camping and taking a Kadai wherever he goes. Supplied with all the essentials and fitting in a cotton duffle bag they are the ultimate travel companion. Available in 35cm and 45cm diameter.
Every Kadai is fitted with our unique, registered design, filter system for drainage that enables you to leave your bowl outside all year round and can have high or low stands for use as a barbecue and fire bowl.
