Halloumi with Honey and Sesame - Serves 6

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 6-8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pack of halloumi – sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds

Method

  1. Cut up the halloumi whilst the Skillet is getting hot on the Kadai.
  2. Cook on both sides until golden, drizzle on the honey whilst cooking.
  3. Sprinkle seeds all over a minute or so before serving.
