Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 6-8 minutes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pack of halloumi – sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
- Cut up the halloumi whilst the Skillet is getting hot on the Kadai.
- Cook on both sides until golden, drizzle on the honey whilst cooking.
- Sprinkle seeds all over a minute or so before serving.
